Walking, swimming, cycling, 1 hour, 3 times a week minimum. If it is impossible, due to lack of time, force yourself to exercise in your day to day, go to work walking or by bicycle, avoid elevators, take advantage of the weekends to do sports, play with the children , but i take advantage with Jumping Rope and gym for now until i get it back
